Ashe’s new single ‘I’m Fine’ shines a light on the LA-based singer songwriter’s more obscured corners, looking inward and transforming her inner monologue into a call-and-response, speaking to the struggle in admitting her vulnerabilities. An old soul, one of Ashe’s main influences – The Beach Boys – are unabashedly present on this track, while simultaneously showcasing Ashe’s own evolving distinct and authentic sound. The track was co-written by Ashe and Noah Conrad (LANY, Niall Horan) and co-produced by Conrad and Leroy “Big Taste” Clampitt (Justin Bieber, Lennon Stella).

Ashe explains‘’’I’m Fine’ is about having that one person in your life that when you’re trying to fake it and you’re trying to say, ‘Oh, no, I’m doing okay,’ it’s having that one person who says: ‘I know you’re not okay. You can’t pretend with me.’”

Speaking about her debut album Ashe explains, “’Ashlyn’ is deeply reflective and honest, full of stories of my experiences with fear and pain and turning those hard things into joy and independence. I’m an experiential writer and there was no way I was going to make an album that didn’t address my personal journey, from my brother’s death this last year to my own experiences with emotional abuse. I think you have to be vulnerable to create something really great and I believe I did that. Writing this album was also an opportunity to show that I’m not just a songwriter and a singer but a producer and a musician with a very clear vision for my art.”

Ashe’s forthcoming debut album ‘Ashlyn’ is the follow-up to ‘Moral of the Story’ Chapters 1 & 2 (a double EP executive produced by FINNEAS). Building elaborate symphonies around her most intimate revelations, Ashe adorns her new songs with elements of everything from orchestral pop to grandiose ’70s rock to sublimely timeless piano balladry. Ashe’s huge hit ‘Moral Of the Story’ is shines on the LP, including the reimagined version with Niall Horan (both versions combined have resulted in 758 million streams, as well as her massive track ‘Save Myself’, which garnered over a million streams a week last summer and the official music video saw #SaveMyselfMV trend on Twitter worldwide after its debut, including the U.S. at #5, and nine brand new tracks.

A graduate from the prestigious Berklee College of Music, Ashe’s meteoric rise includes amassing nearly a million Instagram followers, over 9.5 million monthly Spotify listeners, one million TikTok followers and over 2.5 billion video views. Ashe recently contributed an original song, ‘The Same’, to the new film and soundtrack, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, her second placement in the wildly popular Netflix franchise. She made her stunning late-night TV debut alongside Niall Horan on The Late Late Show with James Corden, taped at London’s famed Royal Albert Hall watch it here, and her daytime debut on Ellen at the top of 2021 watch it here
