Killing Joke Emerge to Bring Chaos with “Honour The Fire” Tour

The tour will kick off in Cheltenham and end in London as the band film the final night.

Killing Joke will release “Lord of Chaos” to coincide with their 11 date UK tour. The E.P. consists of 2 new tracks, the bands first studio material in 7 years, and two re-worked songs from their last album “Pylon”.

Killing Joke Singer Dr Jaz Coleman said: “I’ve never known anything like the time we are living in now; not since the Cuban Missile crisis but now in comparison we have multiple flash points. Lord of Chaos is about complex systems failure, when technology overloads and A.I. misreads the enemies intentions.

The Track-listing is as follows:

1: Lord of Chaos

2: Total

3: Big Buzz (Motorcade Mix)

4: Delete In Dub (Youth’s Disco 45 Dystopian Dub)

Tracks 1 & 2 – Produced by Killing Joke and Mixed by Tom Dalgety – give some insight into the bands next studio album which is being recorded in Prague.

Tracks 3 & 4 are from ‘Pylon’ album – ‘Big Buzz’ has been Re-mixed by Tom Dalgety and Nick Evans, and ‘Delete’ benefits from Youth‘s particular skill set of Dub mastery. Something for all Killing Joke fans to look forward to.

I am a photographer/musician/engineer living in Scotland. My passion is music and motocross and I share my work on facebook/punk4RT and facebook/madmaxmedia. I do like a bit of throw back to the heydays of the 60’s/70’s/80’s when it comes to taking shots of bands. I grew up on the music papers (NME/Sounds/Melody Maker) and drew influence from Pennie Smith/Jill Furmanovsky/Anton Corbijn/Bob Gruen/Adrian Boot/Charles Peterson.
