Photo Gallery: Social Distortion Rocks the Revention Music Center in Houston, Texas 08.14.2019

On Wednesday August 14th, American punk rock band Social Distortion kicked off the second night of their 40th Anniversary Tour at Revention Music Center in Houston, Tx. Playing 40 year’s worth of music from seven full length albums with the promise that in January 2020 they’ll begin recording the 8th album.

Social Distortion played some classic songs along with a few others as they ran through their set list of ‘So Far Away’, ‘Through These Eyes’, ‘Bad Luck’, ‘Gimmie the Sweet and Lowdown’,’Dear Lover’, ‘Don’t Drag Me Down’, ‘Cold Feelings’, ‘Over You’, ‘1945’, ‘Reach for the Sky’, ‘Sometimes I Do’ and rounding out the night with ‘Story of My Life’.

Social Distortion is Mike Ness vocals and guitar, Jonny Wickersham on guitar, Brent Harding on bass and Dave Hidalgo Jr. on Drums.

Along for the tour, coheadliners Flogging Molly and openers The Devil Makes Three and Le Butcherettes.
