SHARE THE NEW VIDEO FOR THEIR CURRENT SINGLE ‘LIMBO’

WATCH IT HERE

FROM THE NEW ALBUM ‘TYPHOONS’, WHICH FOLLOWS ON APRIL 30TH

Royal Blood’s current single ‘Limbo’ became their third consecutive track to be premiered as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World, in the process elevating streams for the three singles from their eagerly anticipated third album ‘Typhoons’ past the 40 million mark. The duo continue to amplify their momentum ahead of the album’s April 30th release by sharing the official video for ‘Limbo’.

The ‘Limbo’ video continues the engaging and edgy style displayed in the band’s recent visuals for ‘Typhoons’ and ‘Trouble’s Coming’. Echoing the track’s amalgamation of grit and groove, director Joao Retorta (Wolf AliceStormzyLoyle Carner) has created an imaginative story charting the rivalry between two competing biker dance gangs. Both gangs deliver high-energy, larger-than-life moves while clad head-to-toe in biker gear. And while their performances are both fun and frantic, their competitive streak is relentlessly intense.

‘Limbo’‘Typhoons’ and ‘Trouble’s Coming’ are all provided as instant downloads for fans who pre-order the album here. An array of special formats include a Zoetrope vinyl edition issued by Blood Records, which sold-out all 3000 copies of its one-off pressing in just four hours, and a deluxe vinyl edition which is limited to 8000 copies worldwide and is selling fast.

Royal Blood’s return has already been heralded with ‘Trouble’s Coming’ hitting #1 on US rock radio (their fourth single to achieve that feat) and achieving the highest US alternative radio chart position of their career to date. It has also provided their biggest moment so far in Canada, where it became their first #1 on the rock chart and remains at #5 after a 26 week run. Royal Blood’s international profile has been further amplified by some high impact playlist covers, including Rock This and NME’s Best New Tracks at Spotify, and Rock Scene at Amazon Music.

Everything points towards Royal Blood becoming bigger than ever. Their previous two albums both went straight to #1 in the UK, in the process accumulating 2 million global sales. The duo have won the BRIT Award for Best British Group, two NME Awards and a Kerrang! Award. Their debut album was also nominated for the Mercury Prize
