Olly Murs gave an electrifying performance in Glasgow on his Marry Me Tour. The crowd was wowed by his energy and his songs. He is a true performer and knows how to put on a show. His performance was the highlight of the night.
Supporting Olly on his tour is Scouting for Girls has been a big part of the UK music scene for over 10 years. The band, best known for its pop-rock sound, signed with Polydor in 2008, when the first album was released. They have gone on to feature in global records and win several awards.
Now, the band is about to embark on a tour with Olly Murs, bringing their unique sound to venues all over the UK. This is a great opportunity for fans to experience their music live.
Olly’s band make sure that the atmosphere is filled with energy, and they are often seen dancing along to the music, which encourages everyone in the audience to do the same. Olly also engages in banter with the crowd, which often leads to singalongs of some of his most beloved hits.

On his first three songs, “Marry Me / I’m Still Standing”, “Best Night of Your Life” , and “You Don’t Know Love “ Having a small bouget of flowers he threw into the crowd most were wearing wedding veils as Olly informed to the crowd He is getting married this year and its been over 4 years since his last time in Glasgow and loves coming to Scotland.
No show of Olly Murs would be complete without showing off his incredible vocal range and stage presence. Throughout the Marry Me Tour, Olly has shown off his incredible ability to hit high notes and make every word of each song heard throughout the arena.
What also makes Olly stand out from other musicians is his stage presence. He not only knows how to connect with fans in an intimate atmosphere but also to control a larger crowd. With a smile, he knows how to keep the energy of the entire arena at a high before ending each show with his hit single, “Dance with Me Tonight”. It’s no wonder why so many people walk away from his show in awe.
The excitement was palpable as Olly began performing at The SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow, Scotland. The proud people of Scotland were ready to show their love and appreciation for the global superstar.
From the opening notes of “Heart Skips a Beat” to the last seconds of the encore of “Wrapped Up”, the crowd was singing, dancing, and clapping along with Olly. His energy was infectious, and he was able to command the crowd with grace and purpose.
At one point, Olly stopped to address the audience and during performing “I Hate You When You’re Drunk” Having forgotten some of the lyrics to the song He went on to say “I can’t believe I don’t know the words to my own song!” in true cheeky form. Olly Murs made sure to show his appreciation for the crowd in Glasgow, and it was certainly mutual. He definitely brought brilliant energy to the room and left fans feeling satisfied. He is certainly a star on the rise, and his shows prove it!

Olly provided a brilliant performance and it was as if he was bringing the excitement of his wedding as if the audience is his guest to his reception in celebration of his Marriage. During the show, he also provided a lovely tribute to Caroline Flack, who he loved dearly and is sadly missed.
